Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Free on orders over $150.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
All shipments include tracking information sent via email. Products are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@instamed.com.
Return Requirements
- Product must be unopened and in original sealed packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
